Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until despatched. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it cannot be undone.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our # 1 priority. Therefore, if you want a refund, you can request one for any reason.

If you have not received the product within the guaranteed time (60 days), you can request a refund or reshipment. If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or reshipment. If you do not want the product you received you can request a refund, but you must return the item at your expense and the item must not be used.

* You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery time (60 days) has expired. You can do this by sending a message on the Contact Us page.

Returns must be in their original condition, unworn / unused with original tags and tags. Your returned item (s) will be inspected upon arrival prior to processing your refund.

Personalized items are non-returnable. A refund will only be allowed if the garment is faulty, damaged or wrong.

Exchanges

If for some reason you want to exchange your product, maybe for a different size in clothes. First you need to contact us and we'll walk you through the steps.

In this case, please provide us with the proofs below:
- Photos of the original packaging with front and back sides
- Photos or video of the defective item (s)
- Photos, video or screenshot showing the malfunction of the defective items.

After you return the defective product, please provide us with the proofs below:
- Photos of the front and back of the envelope or packaging box
- Partial shipping costs (if applicable)
- Photo, video, screenshot or description of the defective item
- Photo, video, screenshot or description of the defect or defective area
